Reciprocal Clubs

Wenatchee Golf and Country Club has reciprocal agreements with several other premier private golf clubs throughout the Northwest. Our golfing memberships include golf course access (excluding cart fees) and charging privileges at the following facilities:

WGCC Member Policies and Booking Procedures:
 
The intent of our reciprocal agreements is to permit club members in good standing to have limited playing privileges at the reciprocal club, subject to each facilities rules, regulations, and at the discretion of the Professional Staff.
 
Booking Procedures:
 
Members looking to play at one of the listed facilities must follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a request to the WGCC golf shop with a desired day and time of play.
  2. First and last name of all players in the group including guests. Guest fees will apply to non-golfing members and are subject to each club’s fee structure.
*Agreements between reciprocal facilities do not allow for WGCC members to directly set up their own tee times. Reciprocal requests must be processed through the WGCC Golf Shop Staff.
 
Member Booking Policies:
 
To maintain a healthy reciprocal agreement between facilities, WGCC Members must follow the policies listed below:
 
  1. No more than 3 reciprocal bookings per calendar month.
  2. A member may not request to play at the same facility more than once per calendar month.
  3. All reciprocal tee times must be set up by the WGCC golf shop staff more than 24 hours in advance. 
  4. Members and guests must adhere to each facility’s own booking policies, dress code, rules, and pace of play.

 
Reciprocal Club Member Booking Polices:
*Members of reciprocal clubs in good standing
 
  1. Tee times may be made no earlier than three days in advance and must be setup by their club’s golf shop staff, drop ins will not be honored.
  2. First and last names must be made available at the time of booking for all players in the group.
  3. All reciprocal bookings must adhere to the WGCC dress code, rules of golf and pace of play guidelines.
  4. Groups larger than 8 players and/or those looking to book outside of the three-day window from a reciprocal club must be approved by the Head Golf Professional.

 
 
If an exception to any of the policies listed above is necessary, a request may be granted by the Head Golf Professional. The request must adhere to WGCC Rules of Golf and not cause strain on reciprocal agreements between facilities.
